Rare adorable early lady china doll. She is a 20"(52 cm) German China with Molded Bun from circa 1850, lovely pale tinted with pretty oval shaped face with long elegant neck. Her face is wonderful painted-look at the the wonderful molded upper and under eyelids, pink tinted with red line. Her coiffure so elaborate, her:hair drawn away from face into two wide poufs at the side.At the the back her hair flows from a twisted rope of hair - with comb holding it at center -into a smoothed fall, topped by a narrow braid. Remarkebel are the brush strokes around her entire face .The shoulder head has three stringing holes, original cloth body with china lower arms. Her Dress is antique as well. Cotton with a small floral print trimmed with lace. Fine underwear Note: She has a tiny point to her nose tip.And a small piece of the surface glaze has gone at the rim of the shoulder plate. Not a brake, just on the surface. Take a look at the close up pictures. .

I have found an extremely rare set of Rock and Graner furniture made of hard cardboard, wood and tin (legs on chairs). I sell the bed items seperately and the parlor set complete. Here is the Chest of drawers. Lovely Chest made of hard cardboard curved scroll design at top, 3 drawers to open each with ivory handles. The drawers are painted yellow inside-like the tin R and G furniture. The for is excatly the same as with the tin furniture. The colour is lovely. Honey coloured grain painted to simulate wood The condition is excellent. Size:Str.L.10 cm. H. 8 cm.( L.4" H. 3 1/4. Ca 1850

I have found an extremely rare parlor set of Rock and Graner furniture made of hard cardboard, wood and tin (legs on chairs). All item are excatly made in the same for as we fined the simular tin items. The set consists the following items: 1)An ovale very elegant Table: Tripod leg -the middle leg is wood, the four sprawling legs are cardboard like the plate, which has fine scroll work. Excellent condition. 2)3 Chairs-two upholstered at the seat with red trimmed with golden Dresdner paper.the third also upholstered at the back. All chairs have tin legs to make them stable. Excellent condition. 3)A sofa upholstered in the same red colour, but with different fabric.Made of Caedboard with wooden turned legs. The backs of the chairs and sofa have all an extra paper at the back, probably to stabilize them. Size: Table: H.9 cm L.12 cm (H 3 1/2" L. 5" Chairs:H.10 cm / 4" Sofa:H. 10 cm. This is a wonderful large "Jack in the Box toy". A big, scaring, very well molded papier mache clown jumps up of box, when the lid opens. Excellent painting and the condition is very good all over.
