Wonderful antique papier mache Milliners Model with appolloknot This doll has a solemn face with blue painted eyes and beautifully modelled hair. Her hair is braided and wound over her ears at the side, the back swept up into a knot with comb fastened below it..an unusual and early hairstyle. This lady is from the 1830s. She has the typical milliner''s body, with pinkish painted flat shoes, leather torso and paper rings where her wooden appendages attach. She wears what may be her original dress, trimmed pantalets and slip. She is 8 1/2" tall and would be lovely in a large dollhouse/kitchen. Excellent original condition with minimal wear.

Beautiful ormolu fireplace made by Erhard & Söhne, Germany. fireplace has beautiful impressed designs raised in scroll decoration.. The open pierced fender rests on a base of designs. The tall elegant mirror is attached to the fireplace and has beautiful designs framing the mirror. The mirror is all original and intact. Size;8"h.x 4"w. ( 20 cm x 10 cm) Excellent condition. A great piece to a fine dollhouse or room box. Ca 1880

It is a rare find this outstanding set of chromo-lithographed Dollhouse furniture with two suites: a dining room and a parlor room. It is made of wood with chrom-lithograped paper. the decoration is with flowers and geometric figures. It comes with 10 pieces of furniture.Very unique is the chaiselounge with a lovely design for the parlor and the wonderful large dining table, to entlarge. Also remarkable are the Etegere for displaying miniatures and the buffet. The set comes with a round table for the parlor and 6 chairs. This would be lovely for a room box. Probably made in in Germany ca 1850. Lovely condition! Size Display cabinet H. 6 1/2"( 16 cm) Dining table H. 2,3" L. 6 1/2" ( 5,8 x 16 cm) Buffet H. 4,3" ( 11 cm). Total 10 pieces.
