Jenny LIND.21"Beautiful early Jenny Lind Portrait china doll. Light red coloured china. She is German, circa 1850.Has the wonderful blue eyes, molded eyelids, with a red line above and a delicate expression.Long slender neck. Hair is parted in middle and pulled to the rear in a braided bun.She has a pale pink tinted shoulder head with 3 stringing holes, excellent china quality. This beauty lady with comes on her original slender body with china lower limps..She is dressed in a lovely antique dress and underwear-original to the doll . The doll is in perfect condition. Jenny Lind was a famous 1850's Swedish Opera star also known as the "Swedish nightingale" who Hans Christian Andersen fell in love with and wrote about. Shown on page 49 "China Parian Dolls" by Lydia Richter. Wonderful china head doll. Jenny Lind. Named from the Swedish singer, described by Hans Christian Andersen.All original. Shoulder head in great condition. No repairs. Very fine china. A very special and great doll to add to your collection of early dolls.

19"/48 cm is this beautiful Parian lady doll-made in Germany Ca 1860. Pale untinted bisque parian with blonde hair.Wonderful flower decoration to her hair and a beautiful collar in two rows molded and painted to her shoulder.Lovely face with excellent modeling. Lovely eyes , fine small rosebud mouth.Sheis on her all original a muslin body with leather arms and seperate stiched fingers.Her fine dress is matching to her hair and shoulder decoration.She has chips to flower in hair and to the collar.This does not affect her beauty.( but the price is reduced)See photos. This elegant lady is a large early Parian doll dating from ca 1870. Beautiful blond molded hairwith curls, a bow molded at the back and a black hairband.Lovely painted eyes.Pierced ears for earrings. The untinted bisque is in flawless condition and with lovely detailed painting. Her shoulder head is on her original cloth body with kid lower arms. The doll is in perfect condition. 20"/51 cm is this lovely rare early china head doll.Black sculpted hair arranged in waves around the face with braided coronet at the crown and coiled braids at the back of head. Her hair is molded in a bun, slender oval face,long slender neck , blue painted eyes, molded eye lids , black and red upper eye liner, marked nostrils,lovely small mouth with accent red line between lips. Cloth body with slender waist, seperete stitched fingers, sewn on boots.A lovely early china head-with an lovely hairstylehairstyle.Dressed in her original antique hand sewn two-pieces dress-lot of underwear. Very fine condition. Comes from Private Swedish collection.

Rare adorable early lady china doll. She is a 20"(52 cm) German China with Molded Bun from circa 1850, lovely pale tinted with pretty oval shaped face with long elegant neck. Her face is wonderful painted-look at the the wonderful molded upper and under eyelids, pink tinted with red line. Her coiffure so elaborate, her:hair drawn away from face into two wide poufs at the side.At the the back her hair flows from a twisted rope of hair - with comb holding it at center -into a smoothed fall, topped by a narrow braid. Remarkebel are the brush strokes around her entire face .The shoulder head has three stringing holes, original cloth body with china lower arms. Her Dress is antique as well. Cotton with a small floral print trimmed with lace. Fine underwear Note: She has a tiny point to her nose tip.And a small piece of the surface glaze has gone at the rim of the shoulder plate. Not a brake, just on the surface. Take a look at the close up pictures. .
