16 cm/6 3/4" is this funny tinplate toy known as "Knödelfresser"from 1920s. When wind up he pushes his knee up to place the money or food in his mouth, that opens. Fine working mechanical and in great condition. Probably made by Siegfried Günthermann,Nürnberg or Georg Adam Mangold,Fürth.Good condition and working fine.

Rare early Soldier with molded hat

6 1/2"/ 16 cm . Rare Museums piece. Ca 1830. An early Antique bisque Soldier with an extreme wonderful molded helmet/ hat in grey with decoration-also in bisque in red, grey and blacks Also molded is the string around his neck from the hat. Fine detailed painted features. Great moustache, fine eye browns, red line about his blue eyes. Molded eyelid. He is dressed in his old uniform, which has old mend at some places-so lovely sewn and decorated.His jacket with all its trimming is black velvet with a golden medallion and his trousers are red cotton. His uniform is old decorated. Everything antique.Black shoes, bisque as well as his arms. A lovely truly historical doll. he has a minor chip to his nose as you can see on the pictures and a minor to the brim of his hat.This is taken in consideration for his price. This is the most exceptional soldier/ officer I have ever seen! ( I do not know his orign or regiment!

5,9"(15 cm) I have 3 of these wonderful rare dolls, that I sell seperately.(Described and shown in "Miniature Dolls" by Evelyn Ackermann, who made research on the dolls.P.201). Rare dollhouse man 19.th cen.Head and Torso made of wood, the head shaped with paper mache or gesso.Expert painting and molding of the face and hear. Hands with thumbs and indicated fingers..Lower legs papermache or wood. This gentleman is dressed as either a butler or a kind of watchman in wool, velvet with laze. His outfit is decorated with golden paper.He has a stock in his hand.The price is for each doll.

8,6" (22 cm) Very good early empire peg wooden doll ca 1810-20 with high empire defined waist.Fully jointed body,Yellow slippers, fine detailed hair with brush strokes and a tuck comb.Dress and underwear is silk. Dress a little fragile. No repaint or retouch. Minimal flaking.She is the very early Grödnertal dolls, with the special body for this time.
