This is a delicate stand made of soft metal with a brown asphaltum wash. In the center with an elaborate decoration painted gold, green and blue of two birds placed among flowers and leaves. This decoration appears on both sides of the holder. More newspapers can be inserted in the holder. Decorative open pierce work. Measurements: 2-3/4"h. x 2-1/4"w.
