This is a lovely and rare folkart tinplate Early Birdcage from 1850. It is handpainted in beige with a red roof. Small flaking to the paint. A wonderful and rare unique item for an early house.Could be Rock and Graner or another of the early Würtemberg firms mentioned in the book " Die alten Würteberger"Inside a bird on the swinger. About 1850

13" tall (33 cm)Early tin plate Kitchen Sideboard in large scale for a very early kitchen. This is quite simple made, but does have a lot of details. The tin is grain painted like Rock and Graner. It has fine shelves for displaying plates, two doors, that opens. Condition: Some flaking to paint but generally in good condition.Would be wonderful in a larger early kitchen or in an early doll display.
