This lovely accessory has a swivel mirror attached to two turned posts at the site and it has a lovely turned stand in the same roosewood. The stencilling is lovely. 14,7` (36 cm.) Lovely antique musical Marotte doll. A bisque shoulder head doll with blue glass eyes, open mouth, four teeth, blonde mohair wig, is attached to torso that contains a musical box, with long turned . The marotte is decorated with original costume of blue and rose silk and cotton with lace trimming and matching clown cap. When twirled, the costume swings about and music plays. Condition: excellent. Functions well. circa 1890.
