Biedermeier stenciled sofa. This is a very lovely stenciled sofa upholstered in purple silk-also with silk on the arm rests. ca 1860-70.Beautiful carved and turned wooden legs with an extra leg to support the sofa.Trimed with golden Dresdner paper. The condition is very good all over Some"age" spots to the silk-that I have not tried to remove.Important the silk is the original For the medium size dollhouse.
