He is dressed in his all original Swedish outfit-woolen with red tophat.It is rare to see children dollhouse dolls dressed as working children-insted of the more often seen "rich children" His outfit is all original-a little worn from the time. It is handknitted with lovely details.Fine condition!He is so sweet and so is his blond sister.....

Extraordinary and exquisite Biedermeier China head doll, lovely detailed painted face, long slender neck and fine shoulder plate. She has beautifully painted features-a red line above her eyes, a human hair wig in an lovely style, and she is on a cloth body with graceful china arms and china feet with pink painted shoes. Her dress is so wonderful. A two piece tafftan black silk antique gown with wonderful details. Only a little fragile in the silk.A matching hat on her blonde wig. . A perfect doll for the early doll house!And a dollhousedoll rare to find in this condition!
