Lambert French mechanical doll, automaton ca 1870. Very rare original Lambert automaton.The doll is standing on a base with a music box. She has five movements-she is watering her plants and turns her head to the side and nods, while the music plays a wonderful melody. She has her original dress, wig, corkplate etc. The clockwork is in prestine condition. The tune is very good. The base is covered with the orginal red velvet and has the original Lambert key. Her dress is silk and as it is the original dress, you see the age on the silk. The bisque is very good. Size of automate 19,5 inches/ 49 cm.
