Early fortune telling doll.About 1850. Lovely china in fine quality. Chinahead with china arms. From her wrist and down she is on a wooden stock. Her dress is made of paper, each folded to tell the fortune by choosing a point. The languages is swedish. Size of doll 22 cm /8,7". She is all original. Her upper dress is silk. This elegant lady is a large early Parian doll dating from ca 1870. Beautiful blond molded hairwith curls, a bow molded at the back and a black hairband.Lovely painted eyes.Pierced ears for earrings. The untinted bisque is in flawless condition and with lovely detailed painting. Her shoulder head is on her original cloth body with kid lower arms. The doll is in perfect condition.
