A charming and rare peg wooden lady doll with a comb circa 1820. This slender lady is a 10" / 25 cm tall Peg-Wooden doll from Grödnertal in Germany is all-original and in good original condition. Remarkable is her long and slender neck and her tiny waist. Her head & torso are connected with hand-painted face, lovely painted hair in two shades. She has red painted slippers.Jointed at shoulders, elbows, knees and hips Dressed in her all original clothing a dress made of silk with an overlayer of lace with embroyery with pearls at the blouse and belt , a underskirt and pantalons as well as chemise. She is in good condition considering her age, almost 200 years old, but she has chips to the her fingers, which does not effeckt her beauty. She is 10 tall / 25 cm She is a museum piece.

This Wonderful set of furniture.It is an outstanding early suite of furniture for a parlor room. It is made of wood with chrom-lithograped paper with exceptional decoration with lovely fary tale motifs on each piece featuring "Little red riding Hood. It comes with 11 pieces of furniture. To mention some of the highlights: Very unique is the CUPBOARD with the lovely decoupage with the girl and flowers in the center and flowers at the sides and the top, And the BUFFET with the lithographed clock and great decoration of Red riding hood with thw wolf. Wonderful, too is the PIER MIRROR. The set also comes with TWO TABLES -a round and an ovale both with lovely picyures, a sofa and 5 chairs upholstered in Blue grey velvet with Dresden trimmings. Probably made in in Germany or France. Lovely condition with some sign of age- Size: Cubboard H3 1/2" ( 9 cm) Buffet: H. 4" ( 10 cm). Chairs 3 " (7,5 cm). Sofa W.4" ( 10 cm) Oval table H 2" (5 cm). This is a lovely early Easter candy container of hen sitting on a light wooden candy container to open. The Hen is made of a wooden paper mache material, probably from the German Erzgebirge region. It would be lovely as an accessory in a doll house. It is in a wonderful condition all over. Ca 1880. Size h. 6,5 cm /2 1/2" W. 7 cm ( 2 3/4") A very charming early item in great condition.
